Your new role
As the result of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a corporate sector account across the South East. The key elements of the role will include.
- Delivery of TFM services across a wide estate for a corporate sector client
- Budget management of c10 with growth potential
- Day to day management of a large TFM operations team including recruitment and development.
- Sub-contractor procurement and management for specialist services
- Ensure that all HSE and statutory compliance is met across the estate including conducting audits.
- Building senior level relationships across the estate
- Providing innovation and best practice across the account
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a strategically focused Account Director who has managed TFM accounts worth c10m within the blue chip corporate sector.. It is also important you have good commercial skill and can manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
