Our customer is a leading workplace services business who provide innovative solutions to clients within the corporate sector.

Your new role

They are now seeking an experience hard services account director to lead all technical services for a blue-chip corporate client based in London.

• Delivery of technical M+E services to a portfolio of corporate and some critical sites across central London
• Managing budget of c5m + some additional project works
• Leading a team of managers and engineering teams
• Sub-contractor procurement and management for specialist services
• Ensure that all HSE and statutory compliance is met across the estate.
• Building senior level relationships across the estate

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an Account Director who has managed technical/m+e services across corporate or critical estates. Relevant engineering qualifications are essential as is good commercial acumen and experience of leading an engineering team.
