Estate Director - Developer - Central London - Mix Use Estate

My client an Owner seeks an Estate Director to manage a mix use scheme (combination of Commercial, Retail, High End Residential and public realm) which is in excess of 500,000 sq ft in total. You will have reports that you will be responsible for that will support you to deliver services (including an Ops Mgr, ), as well as wider service partner team on site who you will liaise with in order to deliver FM services line..

The focus of the services provided need to be around "customer experience" and taking the wider team on a collaborative journey to deliver a fit for purpose service. This will require someone with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. 

You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be assisting setting and managing service charge budgets, which include a number of different schedules.
