Your new company

This fast-paced innovative global FM business is looking for ambitious FM professionals to lead accounts within the corporate sector across London and the South-East.

Your new role

As the result of continued growth within the UK market , they are seeking an experienced FM operators lead to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.

This will include TFM/hard services delivery, growing accounts through cross selling, leading and developing an FM team and overseeing all budgetary and commercial aspects of the accounts.
Growing and developing key stakeholder relationships is the key to this role as is a good understanding of hard and soft services and you will be managing budgets of c10-15m across a number of accounts.
You will also lead the strategy for the accounts and be pivotal in creating a customer centric culture across the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have managed one or multiple TFM accounts for an FM provider and strong client relationship skills are essential for the role. Previous budget management of min of 10m is essential as is a strong commercial focus and acumen.
