Your new role

As the result of continued growth within the business, they are seeking an experienced Facilities Director to lead an account delivering TFM services to a number of key iconic sites across London . The key elements of the role will include.

• Delivery of TFM services both through direct labour and through a supply chain
• Budget management of c30m
• Leading the strategy and growth plans for the accounts
• Day to day management of a senior operations team
• Sub-contractor procurement and management for specialist services
• Ensure that all HSE and statutory compliance is met across the estate.
• Building key stakeholder relationships across the portfolio

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a strategically focused Facilities Director who has managed a 20-30m budget and has managed high end corporate sites. Strong leadership and commercial acumen is essential for this role and previous experience of growing an account would also be an advantage.
