Job Details
A large healthcare organisation is looking to appoint a new role to their organisation, you will have strong interpersonal skills and have a track record of providing exemplary customer service.
This role is a key interface between the Estates department within the Trust, and their ‘customers’ the hospital staff. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Estates department continue to maintain and improve the service provision provided to the busy hospital team, developing an effective customer/hotel services type environment to meet their requirements.

This role is a key interface between the Estates department within the Trust, and their ‘customers’ the hospital staff. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Estates department continue to maintain and improve the service provision provided to the busy hospital team, developing an effective customer/hotel services type environment to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with key staff within the hospital setting to ensure they continue to provide the ultimate estates and facilities and capital development services;
- Responsible for relationship management of frontline services, when it comes to fault reporting and general repair of their clinical environment;
- Development and maintain effective KPIs to reflect business performance in line with the clients’ expectations and service standards;
- Undertake complex reporting to inform performance reporting;
- Design and implement a Customer Satisfaction process to support a cycle of continuous service improvement;
- Ensure an effective escalation process exists for complaints and that this is adhered to; enabling a timely response to be provided.
- Experience within a face to face customer services environment, this doesn’t need to be healthcare based. Candidates who have worked within the hospitality industry in senior customer service role will be welcomed to apply;
- Demonstrable communications skills, at all levels, including with Clients, contractors and service providers;
- The ability to solve problems whilst identifying and exploring a range of solutions;
- Strong leadership skills;
- The ability to innovate, develop and deliver solutions.
