My client is a market leading property and facilities management and support services company with an enviable reputation within the sector. They are now looking to recruit a talented individual to the role of General Manager to focus on a high profile mixed use development in Central London.
Within the role you will have responsibility leading and developing the operational team to deliver all Hard and Soft FM services.
- Overall responsibility for delivering a high standard of customer service, Health and Safety, and all FM Services
- Responsibility for setting and measuring supplier performance against KPIs
- Procurement and contract management of services
- Ensure all health and safety compliance
- Assist Property Managers on services charges
- To ensure all works are carried out accordingly
- To promote effective occupier engagement and communications.
To succeed in this role will have considerable experience in a senior leadership role within the FM or Outsourced Services sector. You will possess excellent relationship management experience and strong people management and development skills.
