Assistant SPC Manager

The Role

Reporting into the SPC Manager of one of the leading Asset Management Service Providers in the UK you will be helping manage a PFI contract for an acute 500 bed hospital in Dartford. Overseeing the FM providers delivering hard FM in this first wave PFI contract as well as lifecycle projects and refurbishments. This is a complex contract and with a real focus on compliance, service improvement and the commercial elements of the contract. 

The Candidate

The successful candidate will need to have a previous experience of working in a healthcare environment and even though it is a hard FM contract you don't have to be an engineer, a TFM background will be considered. You will need to have worked in a PFI environment before, this could be client side or for an FM provider/SPV and be able to manage the different stakeholders involved in such a contract, along with a strong commercial understanding. This is a challenging operational role and therefore a candidate that can demonstrate a proven track record within the health environment will have a distinct advantage.

A large and well established SPV/Asset Management Provider who operate across the UK with a diverse range of clients. They seek to protect and enhance the value of their investors assets which total £2bn. They are a financially strong and stable business who are looking for a long time career minded individual to add value to their business.
