Maxwell Stephens is recruiting on behalf of the client for the role of Workplace Services Assistant- Receptionist who will support a rapidly expanding office. In this role you will work alongside the Workplace Services Team to serve internal and external customers.
You will have 1+ years’ experience in an office or facilities role as well as working within an organisation experiencing rapid growth.
You are a highly motivated and reliable individual who works well in team settings as you are able to engage in cohesive team dynamics while still being able to multi-task and assess situations quickly.
You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
In this role you will be responsible for welcoming staff, visitors and maintenance contractors. You will resolve first line workplace issues and communicate status/ updates effectively.
Day to day you will assist in the running of office services to ensure an efficient, supportive and productive environment. This will help you in assisting Workplace Services to ensure best practice.
Act as support for the organisations functions, events and general meetings.
You will ensure the workplace is Health, Safety and Environment compliant including office Covid re-entry.
