An exceptional opportunity to work Client side in the heart of Central London, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of a Clients HQ where service excellence is at the core of whet they do. You will liaise with key stakeholders about events and also office fit outs etc
You will also manage the helpdesk partner across there portfolio to make sure that relevant call outs / issues// tickets are dealt with in a time frame that fits within KPI’s / SLA’s agreed to contractually.
This is a very “customer focused” delivery business so its key that you can communicate clearly both in written and verbal mediums.
There is also an opportunity to manage the service delivery to 2 floors within the business where you are based of FM services.
The role needs someone pro-active, driven, organised and methodical in their approach that also prioritise workload accordingly.
Experience working within Help Desk Management capacity is essential
