Senior FM Project Manager (FM Workstreams – Hard & Soft)

University of the Arts London is seeking to appoint at Senior FM Project Manager to lead the facilities management mobilisation of its new campus developments for the London College of Fashion and London College of Communication.

We are in the midst of delivering two major projects that will provide new world-class campuses for the London College of Fashion (at Stratford) and the London College of Communication (at Elephant and Castle) respectively.  Initially focused on the Stratford project, the Senior FM Project Manager role will form an important part of the estates management and major projects delivery teams and will lead in the planning and execution of all Facilities Management workstreams. The post holder will be required to work closely with UAL and College stakeholders to ensure a joined-up approach to building operational readiness and relocation management, ensuring that the building is safe, compliant, fully operational and ready to be occupied by our staff and students in September 2023.

We are seeking an individual with relevant experience in a project management role with responsibility for leading hard and soft FM workstreams, from design into service and operation on major building projects.  You will have strong experience in developing operational management strategies for major new building developments and track record of developing strategies for the mobilisation of technically complex building systems. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, as the Senior FM Project Manager will need to work collaboratively, yet in a result-focused manner with UAL, LCF and LCC colleagues.
