Maintenance Technician Gardening

Maxwell Stephens has been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Maintenance Technician Gardening Bias who will take on the responsibilities to maintain external gardens and grounds.

As well as this you will assist the maintenance team in the delivery of high levels of maintenance services whilst maintaining the functionality and compliance of all building systems and areas.

About You

For this role you will have grounds maintenance and gardening knowledge.

Alongside this you are passionate about delivering excellent experiences for others which will help you in delivering a great service this all will be aided by your excellent attention to detail.

As a great communicator you will successfully work with others.

Your Responsibilities

In this role you will attend grounds and gardens at the residence whilst maintaining high standards by retaining the look and feel of the gardens.

You will adhere to all health, safety and equipment protocols and expectations at all times.

Your communication skills will enable you to assist in the management of external third part contractors this will include general support to ensure they are completing their duties safely and efficiently.

As well as these responsibilities you will undertake and deliver allocated reactive and planned maintenance.
