Associate Director - Oversee significant Estate in Berkshire - for a Managing Agent

My client a Managing Agent seeks a Associate Director to manage a mix use scheme in the heart of Berkshire  which is in excess of 1,000,000 sq ft and growing. .You will have  a number of direct reports that you will be responsible for that will support you to deliver services (including an FM,s FM Admin , Compliance Mgr), as well as wider service partner team on site who you ;will liaise with in order to deliver FM services line..

Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement including managing delivery of services in demised areas around the building and also overseeing major capital project works whilst the site is still operating and tenanted as well as reporting and engagement with the end Client who is based on site.

You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be assisting setting and managing service charge budgets, which include a number of different schedules.
