Your new company
Our customer is a leading global FM business who have a strong reputation for providing hard and TFM services to a wide variety of clients.
Your new role
They are looking for an experienced FM to oversee TFM services for a manufacturing site based in Somerset for a blue chip corporate client
- Delivery of hard and other soft services for the site including technical, security and cleaning
- Day to day budget management
- Management of the on-site operations team
- Sub-contractor procurement and management
- Monitoring all compliance matters for the site
- Delivering minor works projects
- KPI/SLA management
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a Facilities Manager with either a technical or TFM background and a manufacturing/industrial sector background would be an advantage but is not essential. Good relationship building and team leadership skills are also important for this role.
