Our customer is a European Facilities business who have a strong reputation delivering public sector contracts across UK and EMEA.  

Your new role

They are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a number of PFI sites across the North-West.

• Delivery of technical/hard services and some soft services for the sites
• Day to day management of several direct reports and large operations team including recruitment and development.
• Budget management for the contracts
• Sub-contractor procurement and management for specialist services
• Acting as key point of contact for SPV’s
• Overseeing all compliance for the contracts
• Management of minor contracts for the contracts

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a strategically focused Account Director who has managed multiple sites and complex contractual arrangements, PFI sector experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential. The ability to lead a large team and develop a strong relationship with key stakeholder is important for the role.
