My client a Developer/ Owner is looking for a Building Manager to oversee the operations of a site in excess of 80,000sq ft, in the heart of the City.
You will have previous experience in looking after a site of a similar scale as well as exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets as well as overseeing health and safety on site therefore an IOSH or NEBOSH are also essential.
As well as management of service partners on site you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis. It is imperative that clear lines of communications are forged whether written or verbal in order to operate this site. There are a number of project and tenant fit out works going on over the next 18 months too.
The asset is also needing to achieve and get accreditations like NET ZERO, BREAM in use and WELL status, so exposure to getting these that would be an advantage.
The level of service delivery is very much focused on the tenant experience and partnering with service partners, to create a 'one team ethos' so being “customer centric” is vital to this role.
