Building Manager - New Build - City - Managing Agent exposure essential

My client a notable Managing Agent is looking for a Building Manager to oversee the mobilisation and operations of a new build site in excess of 180,000sq ft.. This will include over seeing tenant fit outs, engaging with stakeholders, dealing with any snags and defects. Being "customer centric is key".

You will have previous experience in looking after a site of a similar scale as well as exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets as well as overseeing health and safety on site therefore an IOSH or NEBOSH are also essential. Knowledge of dealing with WELL, SMART buildings and working on ESG key too.

As well as management of service partners on site you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis. It is imperative that clear lines of communications are forged whether written or verbal in order to operate this flag ship site.

The level of service delivery is very much focused on the tenant experience and partnering with service partners, to create a 'one team ethos' so being “customer centric” is vital to this role. There is opportunity to get involved in other developments should the opportunity present itself. This is an organisation that invest in their employees and make sure their careers develop too.
