Reporting into the Director for Healthcare at a leading blue-chip FM provider you will be responsible for the delivery of FM services across the South & Midlands region. The portfolio consists of 12 TFM and soft service contracts with a turnover of £45m. The contracts are a mixture of LIFT and PFI's, with one of the contracts requiring immediate attention as it is losing money. The rest are making money but could be performing better and have room for growth. In the first year you will need to really assess the contracts and your direct reporting team and start to implement the changes necessary. The role is home based but will require travel across the South & Midlands fairly frequently.
You will need to have a strong operational background in TFM, or soft FM services and it is preferred that you also have experience of PFI contracts and healthcare. This is a challenging role with a real focus on commercial momentum, compliance, exemplary customer relationships, great service delivery and a collaborative approach with all stakeholders. Excellent people and communication skills are essential along with demonstrable experience of being able to lead and motivate an operational team successfully.
