The King's Fund is a prestigious independent health charity; our vision is that the best possible health and care is available to all. We’re looking for an experienced, self-starting Facilities Manager for our iconic premises at Cavendish Square, Central London.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Activities, you’ll ensure that our building supports the organisation's objectives as a workplace and for generating revenue and works as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Working with colleagues, you’ll manage a wide range of support services, both “hard” and “soft” for our various stakeholders (staff, office tenants and visitors), ensuring they are of high quality and promote a positive and professional image of the organisation. Ideally a member of the IWFM, and with a relevant health and safety qualification, you’ll bring your considerable experience of managing people, finances, projects and business processes to our stimulating, innovative and friendly workplace.

Our premises in London are open for staff. We are in the process of developing our working patterns to incorporate hybrid working which we expect to include some time working from the office each week for everyone (currently a minimum of 2 days a week) to better deliver our work and support our colleagues and clients. Given this role’s responsibility for the building and the teams that operate it, you’ll be expected to spend the majority of your time on site.
