We are recruiting of one of the largest property owners in the UK. 

The Facilities Manager will manage contract procurement projects including tenders and oversight of public sector frameworks

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake Facilities procurement projects including preparing, managing and updating project plans.
  • Manage the coordination, approvals and monitoring of project change requests.
  • Lead development of the required service documentation and other components to successfully set up a framework.
  • Lead development of a compliant tender submissions for public sector frameworks.
  • Identify, manage and monitor risks and issues.
  • Identify, manage and monitor stakeholders including delivery of appropriate communications.
  • Apply effective change management activity to ensure awareness and adoption of change and usage of new systems and processes.
  • Carry out progress reporting for the project at regular intervals in line with defined governance.
  • Manage project budget (Cost / Benefits) on behalf of the programme manager and or sponsor.

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate experience of managing public sector framework and experience in procurement.
