Accommodation Services currently accommodates over 3,200 students in 12 halls of residence located throughout London on fixed term tenancies. The department is comprised of Central Accommodation, Residential Operations, Communications and Marketing, Finance, the Social Programme and a Commercial Summer Business. We are a vibrant multidisciplinary and diverse team, priding ourselves on innovation, high standards, customer focus and student experience.

Reporting to the Residential Operations Manager, the newly created post is responsible for effective management of all outsourced contracts, including cleaning, planned preventive maintenance (PPM), pest control, security, grounds maintenance. You will support the residential operation at UAL Facilities Managed halls to ensure a best-in-class student experience.

This is a role that will suit proactive individuals who take real pride in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and creating a culture of service excellence. You will set high standards and be adept at providing a supportive and demanding environment for staff to excel.  You will also possess an eye for detail with high levels of personal drive and enthusiasm.
