The Management Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a world-famous public venue in London to appoint an Estate Manager on a fixed term contract for a 6 month period initially.

Based at their iconic London location, this organisation is instantly recognisable for the work they do in the educational and scientific industry, inspiring the minds of children and adults alike. Covering a vacant position, they are looking to appoint a positive and proactive estates manager to join their team to drive and monitor performance across the operational facilities service.

If you are looking to take that next step in your career, then this is the position for you. Reporting directly to the Head of Estates South, the Estates Manager plays a pivotal role within the organisation - primarily being responsible for the operational, facilities and contract management of several buildings within this impressive estate. As a member of the senior management team, you will play an integral role in supporting an ambitious and exciting programme of masterplan projects, coupled with managing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and executives.

Your extensive contractor and stakeholder management abilities, coupled with your working knowledge of all areas of FM (both hard and soft) will make you a standout candidate for this position. Having strong leadership and influencing skills will ensure you deliver projects on time and provide a high quality, safe and compliant service across the organisation.
