PSD are currently retained by Fleurets to source several Valuation surveyors.
Fleurets are one of the best known and most well-respected leisure property consultancy firms in the UK, with offices in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and a head office in London.
Fleurets are actively seeking three Chartered Surveyors, with a keen personal interest in the leisure and hospitality property sectors, to join the expanding valuation and advisory team, focussing on the valuation of operational and trading entities located across London, the southeast and southwest.
Successful candidates will report in to either our London or Bristol offices, however living near these locations is not essential as a key benefit will be the ability to service property valuations throughout the three regions.
- Providing valuation services in respect of a broad range of leisure and hospitality properties for a variety of purposes including loan security, purchaser due diligence, portfolio asset valuations, company accounts, probate, matrimonial disputes and similar. Working closely with existing clients and networking, both individually and with colleagues to develop new relationships. Opportunity to develop and expand skills and qualifications via sector specific training. Existing leisure and hospitality property experience is not essential as the roles lie within a team of professionals that offers extensive experience and sector knowledge that will provide support and training where required. However, a keen personal interest in this exciting and specialist sector along with a desire to develop professionally as a recognised expert is a prerequisite! Improving sector knowledge by customer experience is actively encouraged. You do not need to be a leisure specialist – Fleurets will consider people from other valuation asset classes and train suitable people who have the desire to join the fast paced and exciting sector.
- MRICS Registered Valuer status Minimum 3 years PQE (Bank Sign office requirements) Red Book valuation experience Good report preparation skills Personal interest and desire to work in the dynamic leisure & hospitality sector Desire to visit all forms of leisure & hospitality property Ambitious, career minded –not just looking for a ‘job’ Driving licence and driving experience
