Accommodation Services currently accommodates over 3,200 students in 12 halls of residences located throughout London on fixed term tenancies. The department is comprised of Central Accommodation, Residential Operations, Communications and Marketing, Finance, the Social Programme and a Commercial Summer Business. We are a vibrant multidisciplinary and diverse team, priding ourselves on innovation, high standards, customer focus and student experience.

Reporting to the Residential Operations Manager (Business Standards & Compliance), the post is responsible for effective management of our halls and the commercial business management across the department for activities related to the growth, management, administration and operation support to the summer business team. This role will provide the opportunity to work at strategic level, to support with the development of targeted growth from building a reputation for high quality customer service and delivery alongside managing the daily operations of our state -of the art halls. 

You will be a proactive individual who takes real pride in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and creating a culture of service excellence. A strong commercial understanding  ideally with knowledge of student accommodation on revenue management.  

You will set high standards and be adept at providing a supportive and demanding environment for staff to excel.  You will also possess an eye for detail with high levels of personal drive and enthusiasm.
