Job Details
Finegreen are currently supporting a large NHS organisation in the recruitment of an Estates Manager - Maintenance Department to work on an interim basis for 3 months initially.
The post will be working in London, with an hourly rate of £38.39, working inside IR35.
The post holder will operationally manage the delivery of Hard FM services, leading on outsourced maintenance contracts.

The post holder will operationally manage the delivery of Hard FM services, leading on outsourced maintenance contracts.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Full management responsibility for Senior Estates Officers;
- Support relevant Estates Management Colleagues in ensuring maintenance contracts meet statutory regulations and developed maintenance contract specifications in line with respective guidance;
- Implement and monitor standards described within contract specifications, SLA’s and
- other NHS initiatives;
- Regularly undertake compliance audits and report findings through relevant forums and the organisations Risk Registers;
- Lead on the provision of patient focused cost-effective value for money, Estates services including reactive, planned, new development minor works and any other maintenance functions and regularly report on performance.
- Must have experience working within an NHS/ a healthcare organisation;
- Technically qualified and well experienced in the management of hard FM services;
- Substantial experience of managing a large and complex multi-disciplinary in-house teams;
- Understanding or estates maintenance related statutory compliance including but not limited to HTM, HBN, BS etc;
- Experience of financial, budgetary and resource management;
- Significant experience in the implementation of health and safety at a management level;
- Knowledge of NHS policies and procedures;
- Ability to manage, meet priorities and tight deadlines.
