FM Account Lead - Cleaning

Your new company

Our customer is a well-established cleaning/ soft services FM provider who manage high-end corporate sites across London. They are looking for an experienced Account Lead with strong cleaning services to manage a key corporate site in central London.

Your new role

As the result of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead an account covering prime real estate across London. The key elements of the role will include.

• Delivery of cleaning and other soft services across large corporate office sites in London
• Budget and commercial management  
• Day to day management of static operations teams including recruitment and development.
• Sub-contractor procurement and management for specialist services
• Ensure that all HSE and statutory compliance is met across the sites including conducting audits.
• Building senior level relationships across the estate

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a strategically focused Account Director who has managed cleaning/soft FM services across high value corporate office estates in London.
Strong financial and commercial skills are essential as is the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
