Assistant Building Manager - Trophy Asset - Central London - City

A Managing Agent  is seeking "customer focused" individual who wants to take there next step in Facilities career as a Assistant Building Manager to join a Trophy Asset in excess of 300,000 sq ft and work alongside a General Manager.

You will be the first point of contact for the site and deal with any issues that may arise and then raising the necessary jobs with service partners. 
Daily responsibilities will include being first port of contact for any help desk queries liaison with service partners making sure that all risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out, producing monthly reporting on service partner performance and dealing with any service partner invoicing, keeping the H&S platform updated, raising PO's and instructing and chasing up works.

There is also an opportunity to run certain service streams including reception and cleaning, take the lead in organising tenant events and also getting involved in project works. There is a lot of scope to grow and develop your career path within the role. 

There will also be a lot of direct communication with tenants on site both verbal and written so it is important that these are strong. The role does require an individual that is very customer centric and organised.

Experience working for a service provider, client side, managing agent or developer operator is key to this role.
