Workplace Experience Lead

I am recruiting for a workplace lead to support several key public sector contracts for a leading FM business due to a period of growth within the team.

The role will include;

• Provide direction and guidance to the workplace contract teams
• Deliver workplace strategies and initiatives to the contracts
• Understand the workplace scope for each contract
• Ensure that all workplace processes and tools are embedded into contracts
• Work with the contracts to attain ‘best practise’ across all contracts in the sector
• Support other sectors when required

This is an exciting opportunity to help to shape workplace strategies for several key clients and assist them on their journey to create workplaces of the future.

A background within workplace strategy, senior hospitality or facilities management is essential, as is good commercial acumen and understanding of contracts.

This role will be home based with some travel to sites and key client/internal meetings.
