Campus Facilities Manager | Permanent | Site Based | Up to £35000 | ASAP Start

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Campus Facilities Manager to join a large Public Sector organisation in Birmingham on a permanent basis. The successful candidates can start immediately.

They organisation are looking to identify a high quality Facilities Manager to help manage 3rd party contractors on site. The role will be predominantly Soft FM focused.

Duties will include:

  • The effective and efficient management and allocation of resources and facilities to meet the needs of the end users and delivery team Implementation, management and successful delivery of the Facilities Service Level Agreement Line management of the Site Support Team compromising of Technicians and front of house staff Overseeing contracts and providers for services including security, cleaning, vending, catering, technology etc

Person:

  • Demonstratable experience of Facilities Management for a similar organisation in a senior/managerial capacity Knowledge of relevant legislation and FM related statuary requirements Educated to degree level or relevant professional qualification desirable
