Interim Director of Commercial Services & Soft Facilities Management

As the Director of Commercial Services, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial services, ensuring that they meet the high standards expected by customers and contribute to the financial sustainability of the organisation. This includes leading commercial enterprises such as catering, conferencing, nursery, retail, hospitality, residential commercial hire, and merchandise. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing new commercial opportunities; maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that the services are inclusive, safe, and sustainable. The Director of Commercial Services is a member of the Leadership Team. The role currently oversees income generation of more than circa £12m, both via an in-house team and partner organisations.
