Join our client as Estates Capital Project Manager, managing and delivering high-priority projects and small school-based projects. 

As part of the Estates team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the School Condition Allocation and capital budgets, including identifying, developing, and submitting bids for funding opportunities.

You will be based at one of services offices and you will be required to travel to schools regularly. 

The role also offers flexible working arrangements, in line with the Hybrid Working Model, with the opportunity to work from home.

As Estates Capital Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of major rebuilding and refurbishment projects, academy conversion projects, and free school projects, working with design teams and local authorities. 

You will also manage elements of sustainability, suitability, environmental and energy strategies, support the management of the condition of the estate, and support schools with internal projects and projects funded by other sources.

The successful candidate will have experience managing capital projects, managing budgets, and submitting bids for funding opportunities. You will have excellent project management skills, including the ability to coordinate activities, manage and monitor consultants and contractors to deliver projects within scope, on time and within budget.
