My client a Privately owned Developer / Owner seeks a Building Manager to oversee the operations of a site that is 100,000sq ft, which has recently been refurbished.
You will have previous exposure dealing with refurbished buildings dealing with snags / defects etc as well as overseeing health and safety on site therefore an IOSH or NEBOSH are also essential.
As well as management of service partners on site you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis. It is imperative that clear lines of communications are forged whether written or verbal in order to operate this flag ship site. There are a number of project and tenant fit out works going on over the next 18 months too.
The level of service delivery is very much focused on the tenant experience and partnering with service partners, to create a 'one team ethos' so being “customer centric” is vital to this role. There is opportunity to get involved in other developments should the opportunity present itself. This is an organisation that invest in their employees and make sure their careers develop too.
