My client a notable Managing Agent is looking for a Building Manager to oversee the operations of a site in excess of 80,000 sq ft situated in the West London, you will be responsible for common parts and demised services too.
You will have previous exposure in engaging with setting and managing service charge budgets, although training will be given too if needed as well as overseeing health and safety on site therefore an IOSH or NEBOSH are also essential.
As well as management of service partners on site you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis. It is imperative that clear lines of communications are forged whether written or verbal in order to operate this flag ship site. There are a number of project and tenant fit out works going on over the next 18 months too.
The level of service delivery is very much focused on the tenant experience and partnering with service partners, to create a 'one team ethos' so being “customer centric” is vital to this role. There is opportunity to get involved in other developments should the opportunity present itself. This is an organisation that invest in their employees and make sure their careers develop too.
