Group Maintenance Manager x 2  

Salary £60,973 - £69,866 per annum, inclusive of £4,952 London  

Turning Passion into Purpose. Working across the LSBU Group estate portfolio, we are looking for two highly motivated individuals to join us to lead, develop and manage the LSBU Group approach to its Hard FM services. The posts will ensure this happens in most efficient and effective way, ensuring a compliant and safe environment.

There are two Group Maintenance Manager positions available, one focused on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and the other Building & Fabric (B&F). Both roles will be responsible for the FM Outsourced Service Providers delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance to mechanical and electrical assets throughout the LSBU Group Estate to ensure good practice and statutory compliance.

Working as part of a committed team, the roles will assist with planning and implementing improvements and expansions to mechanical and electrical assets as part of the LSBU Group estate master planning process. This includes the LSBU campuses at Southwark, Havering and Croydon and the campuses occupied by the other members of the LSBU Group in both Lambeth and Southwark.

About You:

We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:

• Strong technical skills and knowledge.
• Experience of working within an estates/facilities team across a campus based multi-building portfolio.
• Experience of business case preparation in an Estates setting.
• A clear understanding of health and safety and its practical application in the workplace.
• Proven experience of negotiating and effecting behavioural change in a large, complex organisation.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, degree educated, alongside havig a relevant professional qualification.
