My client a Property Owner seeks a multi site FM / Area FM with experience in looking after 5-6 sites comprising of mainly office. You will be responsible for sites all located across Central London. You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement as well as attending meetings.
You will report to a General Manager and there is certainly scope to grow and develop in the role.
You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
There is the ability to work flexibly.
You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing service charge budgets.
