Facilities Manager - 2 Buildings - Central London - Hybrid

My client a managing agent seeks an FM with experience in looking after 2 sites comprising of mainly office. You will be responsible for sites all located in a pocket of Central London within 15 minutes walk of each site. You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement as well as attending meeting with the owners of the portfolio too.

You will report to a Senior FM and there is certainly scope to grow and develop in the role. You will be a part of a much wider team of FM's too so great opportunity to learn and develop. 

You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors. 

There is the ability to work flexibly.

You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing service charge budgets.
