We are looking to appoint an inaugural Associate Director of Asset Management to join our Estates and Facilities team. This is a pivotal role within the team, with significant reach and impact across the university estate. Reporting into the Director of Estates Operations, you will be a key member of the Estates Operations leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing robust strategies and a significant investment budget, to ensure our estate of over 450 buildings, supports our strategic objectives.

Leading a large team across maintenance and technical services, you be instrumental in shaping and driving a service culture and ensuring systems and processes are best in class. You will have a track record of senior leadership within Asset Management, gained within large and complex estates and significant experience in planning and managing built asset maintenance activities.
