SPV General Manager

The Role

Reporting into the Deputy MD at this leading SPV management business you will be responsible for an acute hospital PFI contract in Bristol. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders overseeing the delivery of hard FM, projects and lifecycle works. Building relationships with the trust, investors, FM provider etc. whilst managing contractual risks. You will lead a small team working on site typically about 4 days a week.

The Candidate

Ideally you will have prior experience of working in the PFI and healthcare environment with a thorough understanding of the commercial and legal obligations of these contracts. You don't have to have worked for an SPV company before you could come from and FM provider or client side and even though the contract is focused on hard FM and projects you don't need to be an engineer a TFM background will suffice. You will need to have the ability to build relationships and communicate with a variety of different stakeholders involved with the contract.
