Senior Multi-site Facilities Manager - Managing Agent- Mix Use Portfolio - Central London

My client a leading Managing Agent seeks a Senior Multi site Regional FM with experience managing a portfolio overseeing the the delivery of FM services to a mix use portfolio in the heart of Central London. You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. You will manage your own diary but will be required to be site based.

Another key part of the role will involve very close stakeholder engagement to deliver a fit for purpose service , looking at initiatives and accreditations like recycling , NET Zero , WELL etc

You will work very closely with the client to make sure objectives are met and that change is brought about. 
You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors. As well as being responsible for working closely with the Surveyor to set and manage service charge budgets annually.

You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing service charge budgets.
