About the role

As a Facilities Manager for Manx National Heritage you will manage a small team charged with keeping our diverse portfolio of buildings operational, safe, secure, accessible and well maintained. 

You will be a dynamic and supportive leader responsible for managing preventative maintenance and repair of non-historic fabric and all M&E services together with fire and security systems and processes.  You will also be able to plan and manage refurbishment projects and ensure that appropriate systems are in place to respond to requests for repairs and maintenance.
