Tonbridge School is seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Capital Works to join our Estates Department. This role will oversee the design, planning, and delivery of the School’s major capital projects and Masterplan developments.

The Head of Capital Works will be responsible for coordinating and implementing major initiatives that support the School’s strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of successfully delivering complex capital building projects.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people are key skills for this role.
